Char Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Red Potatoes medium sized, sliced, skin on
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat barbecue to medium high. Place sliced potatoes directly onto a large piece of tin foil.
  • Drizzle olive oil all around potatoes, and then season with lemon pepper and salt.
  • Tightly close up foil and then put a second layer of foil wrapped around the potatoes. Place the potatoes on the grill and cook for 45 minutes, turning half way through cooking time.
  • Remove foil-wrapped potatoes from the grill. Using caution because it will be extremely hot, place the foil wrapped potatoes in a large bowl, still in the foil. Open the foil and serve potatoes directly from there.
