Warm Cabbage and Pecan Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 head green cabbage cored and then sliced
  • 2 tbsp pecans coarsely chopped or pieces
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice juice from about 1/2 a large lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet. Add in the green cabbage and saute for about 5-8 minutes, mixing often, until it starts to soften.
  • Add in the pecans and cook another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, mix in the lemon juice and sea salt, and serve.
