Herb Roasted Steelhead Trout

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 4 6 oz Steelhead Trout Fillets
  • 4 lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix together the oil, garlic, and fresh herbs in a bowl. Brush the mixture onto the flesh of each of the trout fillets.
  • Place the fllets on a baking sheet and put on the lower rack under the broiler for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, place in the oven at 325 degrees for another 7-10 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork when done.
