Creamy Dairy Free Kale Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups kale leaves coarsely chopped, remove ribs
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend together until creamy.
