Heat the coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add in the onion and cook 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add in the ground turkey and the taco seasoning, and cook, stirring the meat frequently until it is completely cooked through.
Mix together the cabbage, kale, and cilantro in a medium bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix together the lime juice, salt, honey, and olive oil. Stir vigorously to make a dressing, and pour over the vegetable mixture. Toss dressing well into slaw.
Place meat and slaw inside a taco shell. Garnish with cheese and avocado and serve.
