Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Coat cauliflower with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Chop baked cauliflower, and combine in a bowl with lentils. Add in oats, spices and ground flax, and mix well.
Form 4 patties with the mixture.
Heat coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add in patties, cooking 5 minutes per side or until golden. Serve inside a lettuce leaf "bun" with your favorite toppings.
