Broccoli Alfredo Pesto Sauce (Vegan)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Broccoli stalks Cut in coarse pieces
  • 2 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil broccoli and garlic ini water for 15 minutes until very tender. Once done, strain broccoli and garlic and let cool for a few minutes
  • Combine broccoli, garlic and all remaining ingredients in food processors or blender and blend until creamy
  • Serve over pasta, zoodles, on pizza, or any where you use sauces
