Summer Sizzle

With summer now in full swing (and especially if social distancing is keeping you at home more), it's a great time to dive into seasonal fruits, fresh vegetables, and of course... grilling!

As you enjoy fresh and seasonal cuisine, here are some "natural medicine" bonuses you'll benefit from:

  • Improve or maintain your gut health with gut-healthy foods like lemons and limes; garlic, dark leafy greens, berries and mangos; coconut; wild fish; whole grains, and more!
  • A healthy gut leads to a strong immune system, which is obviously more important now than ever.
  • With quick-prep recipes like those I've shared below (~5 ingredients), you won't have to slave away in the kitchen.
