Warm Cabbage and Pecan Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
- 1 head green cabbage cored and then sliced
- 2 tbsp pecans coarsely chopped or pieces
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice juice from about 1/2 a large lemon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet. Add in the green cabbage and saute for about 5-8 minutes, mixing often, until it starts to soften.
- Add in the pecans and cook another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, mix in the lemon juice and sea salt, and serve.
