Turmeric-Infused Brussel Sprouts

Turmeric-Infused Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- 2 Leeks cleaned, haved, sliced, white parts only
- 4 cups Brussel Sprouts Coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional*
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic and the leeks, and cook for 2-3 minutes until leeks become translucent.
- Add in the Brussel sprouts and mix well.
- Add in the white wine and cook the vegetable mixture, stirring regularly, for about 10 minutes, until the Brussels are completely cooked through.
- Add in all of the salt and seasonings, mix well, cook another 2 minutes, and serve.
