Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds cleaned
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle salt, cinnamon, and tumeric on top of seeds and toss so the seasoning is evenly spread.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until seeds turn golden. Allow to cool for 15 minutes or more. Can store in a container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
