Smoky Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce*
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 Center Cut Pork Chops bone in
Instructions
- Preheat barbecue to medium high.
- Combine Worcestershire, paprika, garlic and onion powders, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Place the pork chops in and shake so the marinade gets all around the meat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place pork chops on the barbecue and cook for approximate 12 minutes, turning half way through cooking time. Pork chops should have an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees when they are done. Serve immediately.
