
Sizzling Garlic Shrimp

Sizzling Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 6 cloves garlic peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup White wine dry or cooking wine
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat coconut oil at medium heat. Add in garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes until garlic starts to crisp.
- Add shrimp and increase heat to medium high, cooking about one minute. Add in white wine, flip shrimp, and cook another minute or 2 until shrimp are bright pink and cooked through.
- Add butter, parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
- Cook another minute until butter melts, stirring continuously and a thin sauce forms. Serve immediately
