Rosemary Garlic Crusted Pork Roast
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless pork loin roast
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
Instructions
- Leave pork at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking and sprinkle with salt. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine avocado oil, garlic, rosemary, orange zest, and white wine together.
- Place the pork on the rack in a roasting pan, and rub the marinade mixture all around it, letting it drip into the pan. Also place a 1/4 cup water in the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour until the pork measures 145-150 degrees with a meat thermometer. Remove from oven and tent with foil for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice and pour the drippings from the pan over the pork. Serve immediately.
