Miso Glazed Salmon

Miso Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 4-6 ounce Wild Salmon Fillets
- 1 tbsp miso paste (chickpea variety to remain soy free but any kind works)
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 2 tsp low sodium tamari
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 3 scallions chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
Instructions
- Set scallions and sesame seeds aside, and preheat oven to 350. Mix all other ingredients well until it becomes a thick marinade and miso is well mixed in with no lumps.
- Pour marinade over salmon, coating the fish well.
- Cook at 350 for about 12-18 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
- When fish is 90% cooked through, top with scallions and sesame seeds, and put under the broiler for last 2 minutes of cooking. Serve and Enjoy.
