Lisa’s Sweet Treats
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup unsweetened dried coconut shredded (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender except for the coconut.
- Taking about a tablespoon at a time, mold into a ball in your hands. Keep hands wet to avoid sticking.
- Roll the ball in the shredded coconut and place in freezer for 1 hour before serving.
- Can store sweet treats in the freezer and just thaw about an hour before eating.
