Kale Cobb Salad
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 2 cups Cilantro Leaves Can use regular if prefer
- 1 cup lime juice remove hard stems
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup yellow corn hard taco shells sliced thin
- 2 tbsp avocado rinsed and drained
- 1 hard cooked egg sliced
For the dressing
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Lemon Slices
- 1 tsp celery stalks with leaves
