“Just Like The Real Thing But Vegan” Caesar Salad
Ingredients

- 2 heads Romaine lettuce cleaned and coarsely broken/chopped
- 2 cup kale coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup crunchy baked chickpeas** optional
Dressing
- 3/4 cup cashed meal (or can soak cashews in cold water)
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce* optional
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1 tsp agave syrupBay Leaf
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
