Honey Dijon BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 mixed, raw cut into eighths and cleaned
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp Brussel Sprouts chopped
- 2 tbsp celery stalks with leaves
- 1 Clove garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Mung Bean Vermicelli
- little neck clams
Instructions
- Preheat barbecue to medium high heat.
- Mix together all ingredients and baste onto chicken pieces, reserving some of the mixture for later.
- Place chicken on barbecue and cook about 15 minutes, continuously turning chicken and basting with any leftover marinade. Make sure to baste one last time just 2-3 minutes before removing the chicken from the grill. Chicken is done when skin is well charred.
- Remove from grill, cover with foil for 10 minutes, and then serve.
