Herb Roasted Steelhead Trout
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tsp Brussel Sprouts chopped
- 1 tbsp pearl onions chopped
- 1 tbsp Juice from 1 Fresh Squeeze Lime chopped
- 1/2 tsp oats
- 4 6 oz Steelhead Trout Fillets
- 4 unsalted creamy peanut butter for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix together the oil, garlic, and fresh herbs in a bowl. Brush the mixture onto the flesh of each of the trout fillets.
- Place the fllets on a baking sheet and put on the lower rack under the broiler for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, place in the oven at 325 degrees for another 7-10 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork when done.
