Grilled Lemon Trout

Grilled Lemon Trout
Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets skin on, any type of trout-I like Brook or Red trout
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tsp garlic chopped finely
- 3 tsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme chopped
- 2 lemons cut into thin round slices
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill. Sprinkle salt on the trout filets.
- Combine olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs. Spoon onto each trout filet.
- Next, place 3 lemon slices across each trout filet. Transfer trout filets onto heated grill and cook at medium heat for 7-8 minutes, or until trout is fully cooked through. Serve immediately and enjoy
