      Instructions
      1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
      2. Coat cauliflower with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
      3. Chop baked cauliflower, and combine in a bowl with lentils. Add in oats, spices and ground flax, and mix well.
      4. Form 4 patties with the mixture.
      5. Heat coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add in patties, cooking 5 minutes per side or until golden. Serve inside a lettuce leaf "bun" with your favorite toppings.
