Feta Turkey Burger
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Feta
- 1 cup Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- 4 scallions chopped
- 1/4 cup Kalamata OIlives chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
- 4 White-Meat Turkey Burgers
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Barbecue turkey burgers (can also pan-fry or broil them).
- While burgers are cooking, mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place on top of hot burgers as soon as they come off the grill and enjoy.
