Creamy Dairy Free Kale Pesto
Ingredients
- 4 cups kale leaves coarsely chopped, remove ribs
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp hot water
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend together until creamy.
