Chocolate “Mousse” with Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 package Silken Tofu
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Sliced Almonds
- Your Choice of Fresh Fruit Grapes, Oranges, Pineapple, Bananas, Kiwi
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into food processor and process.
- May need to add a little water to get better consistency. Process until smooth.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Serve with fruit.
