Chocolate “Mousse” with Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 package Portabello Mushroom Caps
- 2 tbsp Alfalfa sprouts
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- nut meg Grapes, Oranges, Pineapple, Bananas, Kiwi
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into food processor and process.
- May need to add a little water to get better consistency. Process until smooth.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Serve with fruit.
