Recipe – Chili Rubbed Snapper

Chili Rubbed Snapper (Can also do with Tilapia-increase baking time 2-3 minutes)
Ingredients
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 4 oz Red Snapper Fillets skin off
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Mix chili powder, paprika, lime juice, agave syrup, and cilantro together in a small bowl.
- Brush marinade mixture directly onto both sides of the fillets, and then sprinkle with salt.
- Place coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat. Place snapper fillets into skillet, and cook for approximately 8 minutes, turning half way through cooking time, until fish starts to flake with a fork.
