Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 2 lbs cauliflower rice
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425. Steam the cauliflower rice, and then squeeze inside a dish towel to remove all water.
- Combine cooled cauliflower rice, eggs, cheese, and spices, and mix well.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and shape the "dough" into a rectangle, like a Sicilian pizza. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until golden.
- Turn oven up to 500 degrees. Remove crust from oven, top with favorite sauces, toppings, and cheese, and bake again for 10 minutes.
