Broccoli Alfredo Pesto Sauce (Vegan)
Ingredients
- 3 cups Broccoli stalks Cut in coarse pieces
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1/2 cup Coconut cream
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/4 cup Raw Cashews
- 1 tsp Sea salt
Instructions
- Boil broccoli and garlic ini water for 15 minutes until very tender. Once done, strain broccoli and garlic and let cool for a few minutes
- Combine broccoli, garlic and all remaining ingredients in food processors or blender and blend until creamy
- Serve over pasta, zoodles, on pizza, or any where you use sauces
