Beet The Blues Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium Apple peeled, cored, and cut in chunks
- 1 medium Beet washed and cut into chunks
- 1 cup kale coasrely chopped
- 1 piece ginger about an inch long, peeled
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Apple
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend well until it has a smooth sipping consistency.
