Beet The Blues Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium red pepper peeled, cored, and cut in chunks
- 1 medium Large Butter Beans washed and cut into chunks
- 1 cup cumin coasrely chopped
- 1 piece button mushrooms about an inch long, peeled
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup red pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend well until it has a smooth sipping consistency.
