Systems for Success: Why I’m Redefining Neurodivergent Wellness
In a world where one in five people is identified as neurodivergent, the traditional "one-size-fits-all" approach to wellness simply isn't enough. I recently joined the Conscious Solutions Podcast to share my journey from health and nutrition coach/yoga instructor to a leader in executive functioning coaching and the founder of Tri-Wellness.
My Shift from "What" to "How"
In my practice, I often explain that while traditional therapy focuses on the "why," my coaching is deeply solution-oriented. I focus on the "how."
- How do you manage your time when every task feels like a priority?
- How do you build a sleep routine that actually sticks?
- How do you navigate social anxiety in a way that feels authentic?
Why I Built Social & Love Bloom
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is addressing the "loneliness epidemic" within the neurodivergent community. Through my programs, Social Bloom and Love Bloom, I provide a structured, safe environment for adults to form lasting friendships and romantic connections. By using a 13-week curriculum, we remove the pressure of "small talk" and replace it with shared joy, whether that’s a cooking class or a night of bowling.
My Takeaway: One Step at a Time
If you’re feeling overwhelmed today, remember the mantra I love to share: "You can do hard things. You just don't have to do them all at once."

My passion is to help you live your healthiest and most harmonious life, but in a way that’s realistic and practical for you as a unique individual on this planet. My philosophy is all about “balance,” never a diet since a diet is not sustainable for life, aka Kill The Diet.
