The First Social Bloom Group Starts Dec 3rd… Space Is Limited!

This summer, we launched an exciting new program at Tri-Wellness: Social Bloom! Designed to help you cultivate meaningful relationships, we're thrilled to announce the kickoff of our first group on Tuesday, December 3rd.

If you often find yourself feeling lonely, struggling to make new friends, or seeking a community of like-minded individuals, Social Bloom is here for you!

What to Expect from Social Bloom:

  • Inclusive and Welcoming: Our program is open to everyone aged 18 and over, creating a diverse and supportive environment for all.
  • Dynamic Social Skills Development: Enhance your communication abilities and gain insights into social cues with our comprehensive curriculum, tailored to help you thrive in various social situations.
  • Engaging Interactive Sessions: Over the course of 13 weeks, participate in weekly 75-minute sessions filled with fun activities that foster genuine connections and camaraderie.
  • Supportive Community Atmosphere: Join a friendly group where everyone is on a shared journey towards better social well-being.
