Exercise For Good Health…But What If You Hate Exercise?
Healthy nutrition is not the only thing you should focus to maintain good health. Exercise is another factor to consider. A balance between nutrition and exercise will go a long way to maintaining your weight and having the energy to go through your everyday activities. Exercise may not be everyoneโs cup of tea, but the key is to find a form of exercise that you enjoy. Be open-minded and try as many as you can. The reward? Lifelong health, energy and increased overall wellness!
Going to the gym and doing group exercise can be fun and enjoyable for many people. But the gym may have time and/or financial constraints that may prevent you from doing so.
Walking and running are forms of exercise that can be made during free time. Mothers can take a leisurely walk or jog a couple of blocks, even if it's just to fetch the kids from the bus stop. How about shooting hoops with the kids for a few minutes a day? If the grocery store is walking
distance then you can save on gasoline and exercise as well by walking. A 30 minute walk daily is a excellent daily regimen. Walking or jogging may be more enjoyable if you listen to music or motivational talks. In the cold winter months, you can check if you local mall allows early morning walks.
Other forms of exercise include yoga, weightlifting, boxing, jumping rope, dancing, Pilates, and many more, but anything increases your heart rate is ideal. Find an exercise routine that you enjoy at 3-4 times a week, and you will have more energy and lose extra pounds safely and naturally.
